To better achieve our mission, we’re improving in a few ways:
Focus
We're honing in our focus to where we can have the greatest impact. Wherever there’s a need that deserves attention, we’ll be there.

Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices is a challenge. We want to help you stay informed, even with your busy schedule.
Navigating from individual contributor to leader is an important career moment. We want to serve you in this transition with practical resources and advice for getting started off on the right foot and leading well.
Depth
We’re revamping our website to provide you more in-depth resources, playbooks, case studies, and practical advice…all driven by a new intuitive search function. You might not recognize our new site, but we promise you won’t miss our old design.
